Here’s what you need to do each month to participate and receive gift cards:
Step 1: Track at least once per week (the more you’re able to track your symptoms– the better)!

Hint: A green dot on the calendar means that you’ve tracked for that day! Make sure that you have at least one dot per week
Step 2: Complete a 2-part monthly survey
The survey will appear on your Research Checklist on the first of each month, asking you to review the previous month. For example, a survey posted on August 1st will ask you to review July.
💸 When will I receive my gift card?
Gift cards come out every month on the 28th!
For your first gift card, you must complete the Study Start Survey in your research checklist AND upload a lipid panel verifying your eligibility for the study.
If you signed up or uploaded your lipid panel after the 21st, your 1st gift card may not be processed until the next month's batch and will be issued along with your first tracking and monthly survey gift cards on the 28th of the following month.
