If you don’t have symptoms, you only need to log on once per week and note that you are symptom-free to meet the meTriG study requirements.
If you don't have this tracker set up yet, follow this guide to add your symptom-free tracker to your Journal.
From your Journal, click on + Add Observation button
Add a Symptom-free tracker by typing it in using the keyboard
Select the observation type as Yes/No
Now, you can report that you are not experiencing any symptoms by answering Yes to your Symptom-free tracker.
Scheduling your Symptom-free tracker:
From Journal, tap on the 3 dots next to your Symptom-free tracker
Click on + Add Schedule
Set your schedule to every day and hit Save.
You should be all set!
