Uploading your lipid panel for the meTriG study is a necessary step in order to be fully enrolled. Follow these easy steps to upload your required documents!

Step 1: Access Research Checklist

Open your Folia app and tap on “Research Checklist” on your home screen.

Step 2: Complete Open Tasks

The lipid panel upload tasks will appear under “Open Tasks”. Tap on each task, and follow the instructions to upload an image that shows the requested information. It’s OK if the same image is used to complete more than one task.

Step 3: Sit back, relax, and receive your first gift card!

The Folia team will review your uploads within a few business days. Once you’re fully verified, you’ll receive your first gift card! If the study team has additional questions or is unable to verify you, we’ll be in touch to ask for more information.
