Here are some important study details that will stay the same for the next 6 months. We'll include a link to this article in every email, so you can always refer back to it! 😊
Here’s what you need to do each month to participate and receive gift cards:
Step 1: Track at least once per week (the more you’re able to track your symptoms– the better)!
Track your symptoms and treatments each week.
Hint: When you track successfully, the day's leaf on the calendar will be filled green!
Step 2: Complete a 2-part monthly survey
The survey will appear on your Research Checklist on the first of each month, asking you to review the previous month. For example, a survey posted on May 1st will ask you to review April.
