View your data in one place with the Simple Report

If you've ever wondered how to view everything you've tracked in Folia in one spot, you're in the right place. This guide will go over everything you need to know about your Simple Report.

Your Simple Report is just how it sounds. It's a no frills way to look at everything you've tracked in Folia over a set timeframe. Unlike Insights, your Simple Report is less about visualizing your data and more about having a concrete record of everything you've captured about your health.

And your data belongs to you. Copy and paste it out of Folia whenever you'd like to share it, dive into analysis, or explore it on your own.

You can generate your Simple Report with one click, straight from your Insights tab.

Tap the date selector at the top of your Simple Report to adjust the date range you'd like to focus on. Your observations, treatments, tags, and notes will filter appropriately.

*Please note that flares are not included yet, but they will be in a future version of the Simple Report - stay tuned!

You can easily jump to a specific type of data (observations, treatments, tags, or notes) by using the slider at the top of your Simple Report.

You can tap on the column name to sort, either alphabetically or by count. Simply tap again to reverse the order!

Tap on any observation or treatment to see the full details of your tracking history within the set timeframe.

Tap the "copy-and-paste" icon in the top right of any screen to copy the details of that page. Please note, this will only copy the details of what you see on the given screen.
