Your Overview of a Specific Time Period

Your Insights overview will default to the current month, which you can see at the top of screen. Your overview contains details on your tracked Flares, the average severity of your core symptoms, and how many days you tracked other symptoms.

Date Selection

(iOS Note: the left/right arrows you see in the first image above don't exist yet)

You can change the time period of the overview you're viewing by tapping on the calendar to open up the time period options. You can select a Time Interval and then use the right and left arrows in the Date Range section to go forward/back in time.

Type of Day Selection

The Overview section will default to showing you all days you've tracked, including flares, but you'll have the option to filter the overview to only see specific types of days.

For instance, you can filter to Difficult Days, which will show you recent Difficult Days, and you can also get a sense of how your core symptoms have been on those difficult days from the Averages & Experienced sections, which will show data specifically for difficult days you have tracked (as seen in the screenshot below).

Flares

The Overview section will contain a summary of the Flares you've tracked in the Journal, including both recent flares, and specific details of those flares, including the most commonly tracked descriptions, the most commonly tracked ways you've managed flares, and the most common triggers you've noticed over this time period.

You can tap on any of the recent flares to go to that specific day in the Journal and get the full context of that day.

Averages

The Averages section will give you a sense of how your core, severity-based symptoms have been over the selected time period. The number shown for each symptom is the average severity over that time period.

Experienced

The Experienced section will give you a sense of how some of your on-again/off-again symptoms are doing over the selected time period.

Observations that are either "Yes/No" or "Count" will show up here, and the number of days you experienced this symptom is based on the days you responded "Yes" you had that observation, or any Count observation that was more than zero.

Journal Trends

Below the Overview, we'll give you a snapshot into your Journal Trends, which you can explore further by tapping on the green arrow.

The Journal Trends will give you an overview of how the most recent 2 weeks compared to the previous 2 weeks, and when you click to explore further, you can also change the time period.

Graphs

Any graphs you've viewed will be automatically added to Saved Graphs, and you can click on them to view them again.

You can click on the Star to remove specific graphs from "Saved Graphs", and that graph will then show up in "Previously Viewed" below. You can swipe left to delete specific graphs and remove them completely.

(iOS note: all Graphs you've viewed will show up once you click on the Graphs button)
