Folia is your personal source of truth — a place to track your symptoms, observations, treatments, and the everyday context that affects your health. You can also add or upload your lab values to keep everything in one place. Here are a few different options on how to do so depending on how you'd like to leverage the lab values.

Upload to Your Files

Adding screenshots or pictures of your labs to Your Files is a way to keep all labs in one spot that you can easily go back to and view. This could be a good option if you mainly want to be able to reference lab values easily, but don't need to see them in your tracked data.

  1. Go to your Profile (person icon in the bottom navigation)

  2. Tap "Data & Integrations"

  3. Tap "My Files"

  4. Tap the "+Add" button

  5. Select the image of your labs (please note that at this time, we can only upload images, not PDFs)

  6. Select "Measurements, Labs & Tests" as the folder (or you can choose any other folder that better suits you!)

  7. Add your file name

  8. If you'd like to add any notes associated with the labs, add them and hit "Save"

Add as an Observation

You can also add lab values just like you would any other tracked observation. This could be a good option if you have a few key values you're tracking over time and want to see that reflected back in your Insights or graphed with other symptoms or treatments.

  1. From your Journal page, tap the "+Add" button in your Observation section

  2. Find the lab you'd like to add, or create your own if it does not exist

  3. Track your lab value and tap "Done"

Add to your Images in "What else happened"

If you want to keep images of your labs saved on a specific day in your Journal, you can upload labs to your "What else happened" section.

If you want an easy way to filter to the days you've added labs using calendar filters, you can also add a tag in the "What else happened" so you can filter to only days with a lab upload.

  1. From your Journal page, scroll to the "What else happened" section

  2. Tap the "+" button in the Images section

  3. Upload your lab image(s)

  4. Option to add a tag in the "What else happened" section to easily filter to days you added a lab

If none of these options feel right for you, shoot us a message and we're happy to help or add labs for you!
