The calendar filters make it easy to get a full picture of what you've tracked in your Journal! This will help you see when:
You took a treatment
Experienced a symptom
Experienced a flare
Tracked a tag in the "What else happened" section
Tracked a Difficult, Typical, Good, or Great day
To view your calendar filters:
Go to your Journal (Calendar icon in the bottom navigation bar or tap "Journal" from the home screen)
Tap on the Calendar icon in the top right
3. Your default view will show days you've tracked and flare days
4. You can filter to see a specific observation or treatment, flares, type of day, or "What else happened" tags by tapping on the item in the top scroll bar or using the filters on the left
Here are the different ways your calendar filters will display:
Diving Deeper
If you want drill down even more into your filters, you can in a few ways!
Filter to only see days with specific tags
You can filter to only see days where you used a tag with an observation or treatment. For example, you might want to see how your fatigue was only on days where you tagged "stomach issues."
Tap on "Tag" in the top scroll bar
Select any available tags you used for that observation or treatment. *If you select multiple tags, the filter will only show days where all of those tags were recorded
*The "Tag" option won't display unless you've used tags for that specific observation or treatment
Compare to your baselines
If you've set up baselines for an observation, you can see which days were above or below your baseline by:
Tapping on the "View" button
Switching the view to "Baseline comparison"
*The "Baseline comparison" will only display for observations you have tracked on a severity scale and have set a baseline
If you've changed how you tracked an observation (i.e. previously tracked "Fatigue" as a Yes/No observation and now track it on a Severity Scale), the default view will be whichever track type had the most tracks. If a different default view would work better for you, please let us know! We're always working to improve Folia!
Our goal with these calendar filters is to make it easier for you to quickly get a more complete picture of what you've been tracking to spot patterns that you can easily share with your care team. We'd love to hear what's working for you and what you'd like to see added to these filters. You can reach us anytime at [email protected]!
