You can track how your day went at a high level from both the Home Screen and the Journal!

You can record a day as Difficult, Typical, Good, Great, or you can always skip this question. You can always find the option you selected at the top of your Journal info for that day.

From the Home Screen

Directly from the Home Screen, you can answer how your day is going. After you've tapped a leaf to select an option, you can switch your answer by clicking on a different leaf. To unselect your answer, tap the highlighted leaf again.

Before you select an option

After you select an option

You can then tap "Journal" to start tracking your day in more detail.

(Please note: The option you select from the Home Screen will only apply to the current day)

From the Journal

Once you've navigated to the Journal, you will see the question asking how your day was.

Skipping the question

Before you answer, you can skip the question and hide this section by hitting "Skip" -- you will still be able to answer this question later if you skip, as seen in the below section.

Note: if you've already answered the question, you will see the condensed version you see down below.

Switching your initial answer

After you select an option, it will display at the top of your Journal, and you can switch your answer by tapping on either the leaf or the "Today was a [selected day] day" text.

If you've skipped the question or cleared your response, it will look like this in the Journal. Again, you can click on the leaf outline or the question text to make a selection.
