The "What Else Happened?" section of your Journal is where you can add tags, notes, and media associated with specific days!

This is a great place to add details from your day that might not directly relate to your Observations, but are still important things you'd like to capture.

You can find the "What Else Happened?" section in your Journal, just below your Observations.

What are Tags and how do I add them?

Tags are where you can capture context, such as activities you did, who you saw or spoke to, how you slept, and more.

To add a tag, simply tap the Tags icon and select as many tags as you'd like to help capture important context from your day that could possibly be correlated to your key observations or treatments.

Adding a Note

Notes are a free text field where you can capture anything you'd like to remember and associate with that day.

Tracking Tip: Tags are best used for anything that you'll track on a more regular basis so you can see correlations and trends, whereas Notes are best for one-offs or things you can't easily capture with a tag.

Adding Media

The Media feature is an easy way to attach an image to a day instead of a single observation. This is a great way to visually capture relevant details from that day.

*Please note that you can still add media to a specific observation if you'd like.

Editing Tags, Notes, Media

To edit any of tags, notes, or media you've added, click on the section you'd like to edit to re-open that specific modal, i.e. to edit Tags in the below, click on "Successful day" or "Energetic". From there, you can edit what you've tracked.

Tracking via Quick Track

You can also track these items via Quick Track, by hitting the floating green plus button in the Home Screen or the Journal

By adjusting the dates you have selected, you can also track across multiple days at once!
