Quick Track is a shortcut to track observations and treatments in your Journal. Plus, you can choose which day (or set of days) to track across!

How to Open Quick Track

You can open the Quick Track menu by clicking on the floating green plus button on either the Home Screen or the Journal.

Home Screen

Journal

Note: If you open Quick Track from the Journal, the date will default to the current date displayed in your Journal.

Search

You can search for a specific item by clicking “Search”. This will populate your existing observations and treatments, as well as let you add in new Journal items.

If you click into either "Observations" or "Treatments" and then click "Search", you will just be searching within the respective group.

Observation Tracking

By clicking in to Observations, you can see what you are actively tracking, as well as what you've previously tracked.

You can select one or multiple observations to track, and you can press "See all" if you want to go back and see all the observations you've selected and/or select additional treatments to track.

Treatment Tracking

Similarly to Observations, you can click in to Treatments to select any As Needed/PRN treatments you have, or any previously tracked treatments.

Again, you can select both observations and treatments to track in the same flow!

What Else Happened?

The "What Else Happened?" components let you add your tags, notes, and media to your Journal. You can track separately, or all together in the same flow if you want! You can additionally track them in the same flow as observations or treatments.

Date Selection

There are two ways you can select which day(s) you would like to track. The first is via the Date Selection button shown above. When you've selected items you want to track, the selected date will also populate at the bottom of the screen (shown below), and you can change the date(s) from here as well.

Tracking

Once you're ready to track the items you've selected, you can click the "Next" button seen above and you will begin tracking each selected item!
