Missing a few days of tracking happens — but those days can still hold valuable clues about your health. Multi-day tracking makes it easy to fill in the gaps by logging up to 30 past days at once, with just one set of questions to answer.
Your guide to tracking multiple days at once
Tap the Calendar icon in the top right corner of your Journal
Select your date range: Tap to select the days you want to track for (any day that's gray is untracked)
Tap Track on the bottom right
4. Select everything you would like to track for this set of days
5. Tap "Next" to start tracking
You'll be prompted to track everything you selected for that set of days. Make sure to tap the checkmark or "Done" at the end of your tracking flow to save everything to your Journal!
