To start, navigate to the Profile, by tapping the person icon in the far-right corner of the bottom navigation bar.

Then tap Account Management, then Manage Profiles, and finally, the name of the profile you want to update the conditions for.

When viewing the profile details (seen below), click on Conditions.

Adding a Condition

From the conditions screen, tap +Add to add a new condition.

That will open the condition selection screen, where you use the Search bar to search for specific conditions. Tap Done to add them to your profile (you may need to hide the keyboard first if you used the search bar).

If you don't find your condition when searching for it, you can always add a custom condition by typing your condition into the search bar and tapping on the blue Create text.

Removing a Condition

To remove a condition, click into the condition you want to remove, and tap Delete at the bottom, or the trash can in the top-right corner. You'll then confirm you want to delete this condition and its associated dates and notes from your profile.

Alternatively, if the condition is not relevant anymore but you want to keep the history, you can add the date the condition was no longer relevant.

Adding Key Dates & Notes to a Condition

To add key dates or notes, just tap into the appropriate field and add the date or note!

  • "Started on" refers to when symptoms for this condition started.

  • If you've been diagnosed with the condition, you can add the date you were diagnosed.

  • If the condition is resolved or no longer relevant, you can add a date in the "No longer relevant since" section.

Notes can be used for anything that feels relevant around the condition that you want to remember!
