Folia has a day-to-day health journal that's designed to be comprehensive to everything you want to track, and flexible to the way in which you want to track.
You can use your Journal as frequently as you want, you don't need to track every day for Folia to be helpful!
π How to Track Your Day
Tracking the Type of Day
You can track how today went by selecting one of the leaves. To advance to the Journal to track more details, you can click on the green "Journal" with the arrow next to it, or the Calendar icon with the dots in the middle of the bottom navigation bar.
π Your Journal is where you track day-to-day details.
Date Selection
You can select which date you want to track in the Journal by sliding horizontally and tapping on the day you want to track for.
You can also click on the Calendar shown in the top-right above to see a month-by-month calendar, which will also allow you to select multiple days at once.
Observations
You can track symptoms in the Observations section! Clicking in to a symptom lets you note how severe symptoms were, which symptoms you had, how many times you noticed a specific symptom, a specific measurement (like blood pressure), the timing of a specific symptom, and you can even add tags and notes, too.
The Journal is meant to be very flexible to track all the relevant details of your health!
What Else Happened?
You can track any other details that may have been relevant to your day in the What Else Happened section of the app.
Treatments
You can track medications and anything else you are doing for your health in the Treatments section! You can track which treatments you completed, and you can even track that you skipped a specific treatments and add a reason for skipping.
Your treatments will show up in your Journal based on your the treatment schedules and details in your Treatment Home, which you can access and edit at any time! Treatments that have the same schedule will display together in a group in the Journal.
Flares
You can add a Flare to the Journal by clicking on the Add Flare button.
When your symptoms seem worse than usual on a given day, we may suggest you track a Flare, which will look like this -- it's totally up to you whether you then want to track a Flare or not!
Visits
You can also track any Visits to healthcare providers that come up. You can access that section at the very bottom of the Journal.
Quick Track
Looking to track something quickly without tracking your whole day? You can access the floating green plus button from the Home Screen or the Journal to track Journal items quickly for whatever day(s) you wish!
ποΈ Your Calendar shows your tracking progress
Whether it's every day or just once a week, track when it makes sense for you.
Days that have tracked information will show up with a dot in the Journal, and days that have a Flare will have the Flare icon.
