The Insights tab will show you a summary view of all of your tracked data, including flare insights, average severity for your symptoms, what you experienced, and more. To navigate to the Insights tab, tap the Lightbulb(💡) icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Your Overview of a Specific Time Period
Your Insights overview will default to the current week, which you can see at the top of screen.
Date Selection
You can change the time period of your Insights snapshot by selecting a different time interval or using the arrows to navigate back or forward.
Type of Day Summary
You can quickly see a breakdown of the number of days you've tracked, flares you've experienced, and a breakdown of your type of day (Great, Good, Typical, Difficult).
Observations
In your Observations section, you'll see any severity scale (0-5), Yes/No, or count observations that you tracked during the filtered time period. We'll highlight the total number of days you experienced that observation, plus the average severity tracked (for severity observations only).
You can change the sort order to "frequently experienced" instead of the default "recently experienced" by tapping the dropdown.
Flares
The flares section will contain a summary of the Flares you've tracked in the Journal, including both recent flares, and specific details of those flares, including the most commonly tracked descriptions, the most commonly tracked ways you've managed flares, and the most common triggers you've noticed over this time period.
You can tap on any of the recent flares to go to that specific day in the Journal and get the full context of that day.
Generating reports and trends
At the bottom of your Insights section you'll see buttons to:
Generate a Simple Report to see a comprehensive record of everything you tracked
Create a Graph to see trends over time
View Journal trends to see how your health is changing
