At Folia, our users are our first priority. We want to be there for you to answer any questions you may have, to help make your experience on Folia as seamless and efficient as possible. So, we use Intercom, a user messaging program.
The most important feature of Intercom is that it allows you to chat directly with our team. You may have noticed the smiling messaging bubble in the bottom right corner of your web-browser.
If you’re on the iPhone app, you can access Intercom by going to the Side Menu, and then clicking on “Ask the Folia team”.
Clicking on that bot gives you two options:
a) Start a direct conversation with one of the Folia team members, to get personalized help with any ideas, questions, or comments you may have about the Folia platform
b) Search our help database to see if we have any articles or videos that may address your question
If you want to message us directly, you will typically receive a response within ten minutes during our business hours. These may change from time-to-time, but we’re generally available 8:30am-11pm EST. If we’re not online when you message, we will get back to you as soon as possible – and always within 12 hours.
